I agree to provide witness services as an expert in the field in accordance with instructions received from Solicitors (my Client) in accordance with the scale of fees as set out below. Reports are usually prepared within 4 weeks of receiving all necessary documentation.

Hourly rate for preparing a medical report: £200.

FIXED FEE for preliminary or screening report (includes perusal of the medical notes and an opinion as to whether I consider there has been a breach of duty): £500 for up to 2 bundles of notes.

FIXED FEE for full report on liability/breach of duty OR causation OR condition and prognosis: £1200 for up to 2 bundles of notes.

FIXED FEE for full report on liability/breach of duty AND causation OR causation AND condition and prognosis: £1400 for up to 2 bundles of notes.

FIXED FEE for full report on liability/breach of duty, causation and condition/prognosis: £1600 for up to 2 bundles of notes.

Interview and examination of claimant prior to preparing report on condition and prognosis (Venue: King Edward VII Hospital Sister Agnes, London): £200.

Hourly rate for letters, enquiries, amendments or requests for further information: £200.

Attending conference: £200 per hour + travel costs
+ £100 per hour travel time.

Availability for court (subject to late cancellation fee): £1600 per day + accommodation costs + travel costs + £100 per hour travel time.
